This post based my personal experience at Mid .Net Cyber Cafe. Hope Garena fix this error immediately. On this October 2015, Garena+ Launcher asking new update. When I perform an update, an error occured. Point Blank don't launch correctly. Point Blank running well before.
I think if Garena+ returned to its original state, PB will surely run smoothly. Based this idea, I try to roll back Garena+ to it's original state. And Tralaa.., Point Blank can launch correctly.
These steps may help you all to play PB Garena:
- Prepare the softwares that required.
a. Your Uninstaller
b. Previous edition of Garena+.
Download Your Uninstaller here, and Previous edition of Garena+ here. - Disconnect your computer from Internet.
- Open "Your Uninstaler" and uninstall Garena+
*Select Garena+ -Uninstall -Normal Mode (Next) -Uninstall -no -Finish -Next -Finish. Close the program.
- Install Previous Version of Garena+
Stay disconnected from Internet. This step for rolling back Garena+ to it's original state before update. Don't run it, let run Garena+ unchecked. - Linking PB Launcher to Garena+
When Previous edition of Garena+ has installed, run Point Blank And Other Garena's games. This for linking PB and other Garena's games to Garena+. And be sure you still disconnect from internet. Restart your computer. - Finishing Step.
Connect your computer to internet. Open Garena+, don't PB Launcher. And this is the important point! Don't update Garena+, just login and play Point Blank as usual.
I hope Garena can Fix this update issue as soon as possible.

Note:
1. This error occured on Windows XP 32 bit.
2. To run downloaded programs, just click aap.reg. And you can excute other programs later.
